Security and data

Plain answers about your data.

You hold people's finances and their homes. Here is what osimr does with the data you put in it, stated plainly.

A brass house key resting on a glowing pale blue glass tile on dark stone.

What osimr does

  • Your data is kept apart in the database itself

Each organisation's data is separated at the database level, not only by the screens your team sees.

  • Two-step sign-in

Signing in takes a password and a second step, so a password on its own is not enough.

  • An audit log nobody can edit

What was done, by whom and when, kept as a record that cannot be changed after the fact.

  • Roles decide who sees what

Role-based permissions set exactly what each person can see and do.

  • Control over who sees lead costs

What you pay each supplier is commercial information. You decide which roles can see the cost of a lead.

  • A plain staff notice

A notice for your team that explains what is recorded about their work and why, written with Consumer Duty in mind.

Your duties stay yours

osimr helps your company meet its own duties, including under the FCA's Consumer Duty. It keeps the record, shows the working and puts things in front of the right person. It does not make a company compliant, and it is not a substitute for your own compliance arrangements.

If your compliance team has questions, bring them to the demo and we'll answer them.
